An Owl in the Tree

Page history last edited by Katie 4 years, 6 months ago

(sung to the tune of “The Muffin Man”)

The owl is sitting in a tree.
It’s in a tree; it’s in a tree.
[Wings so strong are what I see]. (Flap arms.)
The owl is in a tree.

Continue with the following:
Talons so sharp are what I see—Curl hands like talons.
Beak so sharp is what I see—Move hand so it resembles a beak.
Head so big is what I see—Pat head.
Eyes that see much more than me—Form circles with hands.
Ears that hear much more than me—Tap ears.
