Under the big top,
lions jump through hoops
elephants swing their long gray trunks
and trapeze artists swoop.
The strong man lifts his weight times two!
The clowns make everyone laugh!
The juggler throws things into the air,
and catches them just like that!
The tightrope walker
keeps her balance on a high wire oh so thin,
And the acrobats turn over and over
and over and over again!
